Let's Celebrate Spring with Maple Syrup!

On March 20th at 12:57 pm EDT, Spring will officially arrive. Ahhhh Spring! Even though there is still snow on the ground, the hope of spring, warmer weather and more sunshine has me craving some seasonal treats - Maple Syrup! When I was a little girl, Spring meant my birthday was just around the corner and that a visit to the Sugar Bush was on the schedule.
