Lá Fhéile Pádraig - Happy St Patrick's Day!

When your partner is Irish, you quickly learn to love all things Irish - food, music, Guinness and the colour green. 

I have spent many a St Paddy's Day in an Irish pub: Dublin with co-workers, Lisbon with my cousins, Brussels with my Irish friend Laura and of course, Toronto. Since I was a child, on March 17th, I don some green in honour of the special day.  And since being with my Irish lad, David, I cook some Irish fare. 

Whether you're Irish or not, the collection of recipes below will bring out the Irish in you! Oh the Irish... a welcoming, fun and jovial lot. And even if it's just for that one day a year, we're all Irish in our hearts.
